Terms of Service

VoiceFlow is operated by Lucid Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using VoiceFlow or any app, product, or service made available through it (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

VoiceFlow provides AI-powered real-time voice dictation and transcript cleanup, converting your speech into polished text within the web app, browser extension, and other surfaces we make available. Features, availability, and specific capabilities may change over time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.

You retain all rights to content you record, upload, submit, or generate through the Service ("Your Content"), including your audio and transcripts. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to submit Your Content, including the right to record any voice input.

• No unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful use.
• No recording of individuals without any consent required by law.
• No uploading content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes any third-party rights.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, probing, or interfering with the Service or its security.
• No use to distribute malware, spam, or to circumvent technical limits.
• No use in violation of applicable data-protection, recording, or export-control laws.

The Service uses AI to transcribe speech and to generate cleaned-up text, drafts, and suggestions. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, sending it to third parties, or making decisions based on it. AI output is not professional advice.

The Service, including all software, designs, text, and branding, is owned by Lucid Inc or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and your active subscription (if any), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal purposes. No other rights are granted by implication.

Paid plans and subscriptions are sold through our reseller, Paddle. Payment, billing, currency, taxes, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, repeated or serious policy violations, or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucid Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucid Inc and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lucid Inc is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except where prohibited by mandatory local law.
